OUR NAME AND WHAT IT MEANS
We believe that personal change is a creative process.
We believe that the coach must be able to empower the client to tap into their own creativity, a primary source of ideas and energy for change.
We want to bring coaches to their best potential by factoring creativity into their coaching, in alignment with the standards and guidelines of the International Coach Federation (ICF), at either the Associate Coach or Professional Coach credential level.
We take a creative and organic approach to both training and coaching. As a participant in our class, you will always be the focus of our attention. There will be time for all of your questions and discussions about your learning journey. Each day will be a combination of training content on the ICF Core Competencies, coaching practice and feedback, journaling about your learning, along with a creative exercise to stretch your capabilities. We will incorporate videos, coaching recording clips and transcripts, poetry, inspirational readings, and music – all in service to a multi-faceted learning experience that will resonate and become a part of you.
WHAT’S UNIQUE ABOUT OUR PROGRAMS?
By design, we are a boutique training organization, tailoring the timing and delivery of our ICF-approved Level 1 & Level 2 programs to the schedules and particular needs of each participant. Our classes form an intact learning cohort to share the coach’s learning journey, and are limited in size (2-8) in order to maximize individual attention and feedback. All instruction is offered in English.

Cat has a unique ability to mine the lessons and wisdom from 30 years of global corporate HR experience and translate them into compelling facilitation and mentoring.
An ICF Certified Assessor for ACC, PCC and MCC coaching, Cat approaches the training of coaches with the gifts of clarity and precision, which offer coaches the ability to understand and incorporate the principles of coaching quickly and sustainably.
Cat is able to illuminate both the intent and the skills of powerful coaching. She delivers feedback in a laser sharp yet heartfelt manner. She is not afraid to tap her inner “biker chick“ to make sure the message is clear, direct and memorable.
