I enrolled in the ACSTH course offered by the CCCP in August 2020 and completed in November 2020. I wanted to learn how to be a better leader by adding coaching to my toolkit. And I achieved that, but it was just the baseline because I found so much more. The learning and course work improved not just my leadership skills but my relationships, my way of thinking and my self awareness.
