Partnership Coaching

One of the hallmarks of our work together has always been the deep respect and connection that we have in our business partnership. It is commented on routinely as one of the best features of our training in course evaluations.

We have lately begun to coach with others who are working in partnership and are looking to enhance the quality of the relationship that is foundational to their work. As in all aspects of coaching, we look at “who you are being”, as well as “what you are doing”. In our partnership coaching, we explore those aspects of the partner’s relationship, using assessment, behavioral event exploration, and a framework of five key questions for partnership success, based on the work of the late John J. Perry.

Every partnership is different, and within the above framework, the coaching might take different directions, depending on the needs of the partners.

The most successful partnerships require the combination of Strong Relationships + Solid Results.
